Functieomschrijving

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for maintaining contact with customers via email and telephone. You will accurately process administrative tasks and support various logistical processes within the organization. In this role, you will handle, follow up on, and coordinate customer inquiries, orders, and transport-related administration. You will communicate daily with customers, internal departments, and logistics partners to ensure all processes run smoothly. You are able to respond quickly to changes and questions while maintaining an overview, even during busy periods. You will work in an international environment where almost all communication — both internally and externally — takes place in English. Therefore, excellent command of the English language is a strict requirement. In addition, you will work with multiple systems and administrative processes on a daily basis. Experience with WMS systems and strong Excel skills are important to successfully perform this role.

  • Experience with WMS systems and Microsoft Excel;
