Operator

As a Production Operator working in a 2-shift system, you are responsible for setting up the production line, monitoring the production process and resolving minor technical issues. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that production runs smoothly and that products are delivered on time. In return, you can earn a monthly salary of up to €3,500.

As a Production Operator, you will work in a 2-shift system and ensure that a complete production line continues to run efficiently. You will work closely with the team leader and provide operational guidance to colleagues on the production line.

Using your technical insight, you will monitor the production process, make adjustments when necessary and quickly resolve minor malfunctions.

Your tasks include, among others:

• Setting up and adjusting machines before and during production
• Preparing the necessary production and packaging materials
• Monitoring the smooth progress of the production line
• Identifying and resolving deviations and minor technical issues
• Keeping the production area clean and following hygiene and safety regulations
• Supporting and guiding production employees on the line

Our client has been a food producer in Europe for more than 100 years! Their product range varies from meal components to ready-to-eat meals, including salads. The ingredients include poultry, but increasingly also vegetables and alternative proteins. This allows our client to serve meat lovers, flexitarians and vegetarians alike.

Every day fresh vegetables arrive at the production facility, where they are inspected, washed, cut and packaged into bags or trays. You can find their products in the refrigerated sections of major supermarket chains and foodservice companies.

The working environment is open and informal, with strong attention to process optimization and automation.

• Experience working as an operator in the food production industry;
• Leadership experience or the ambition to take on a leadership role (experience with international teams is a plus); 
• Good command of Dutch and English (or fluent in English and Polish);
• Willingness to work in a 2-shift system and occasionally on weekends.
