Packaging Operator 3-shift

Are you technically minded and would you like to work with modern packaging machines in a growing family-owned company? As a Packaging Operator, you will ensure that the packaging process runs smoothly, troubleshoot machine issues, and earn a starting salary of €3,200 gross per month, including shift allowance.

• A starting gross monthly salary of €3200,- including a 21,5% shift allowance;
• Salary increase within the first six months to €3373,-gross including allowance;
• After completing the full training, you will earn €3400,- gross including allowance within the first year;
• Full-time workweek of 40 hours in a 3-shift system;
• Prospect of a permanent contract with the client;
• 8% holiday allowance and 25 days of annual leave;
• Regular fun team activities, such as organized football tournaments, bowling, and shared lunches.

As a Packaging Operator, you will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and adjusting packaging lines. You will ensure that the machines run efficiently and intervene whenever technical issues occur. You will set up machines correctly, monitor the production process, and carry out quality inspections to ensure that all products meet the required standards.

In addition, you will contribute ideas to improve production processes and work closely with your colleagues to maintain a safe and efficient working environment. Cleaning and performing basic maintenance on the machines are also part of your daily responsibilities.

Our client specializes in the blending and (re)packaging of powdered food ingredients. They are a family-owned business founded in 1951 and opened their facility in Tilburg in 2020. In their production facility, they work with advanced systems and adhere to the highest quality standards. Their products meet strict requirements such as being gluten-free, allergen-free, Kosher, and Halal certified.

• Experience as an Operator in a production or packaging environment.
• Strong technical skills with the ability to operate machines independently and troubleshoot minor malfunctions.
• You enjoy working with your hands and being physically active;
• Repetitive tasks do not discourage you;
• You can speak, write, and read in English;
• You live in (or near) Tilburg.
