As a Support Specialist, you are the main point of contact for technical questions from across Europe. In this role as a Support Specialist, you combine technical expertise with customer interaction and ensure that equipment continues to function optimally. This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) with a salary of up to €3,900 gross per month, depending on your experience, technical knowledge, and language skills.

Functieomschrijving

As a Support Specialist, you are the first point of contact for technical inquiries from customers, engineers, and distributors across Europe. As a Support Specialist, you provide support via phone and email and ensure that equipment operates optimally, both within and outside the warranty period.

In this varied role, the Support Specialist combines technical tasks with administrative responsibilities. As a Support Specialist, you assist with repairs, maintenance, modifications, and testing of equipment, both in the workshop and occasionally on-site at customer locations in the Netherlands. You also handle the correct processing of returns, manage related administration, and arrange the procurement of necessary materials and tools.

Functie-eisen

  • MBO level of working and thinking in a technical field;
  • Technical knowledge of, for example, electrical engineering, electronics, or refrigeration technology;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Good planning and organizational skills;
  • Good command of the English language (native English speakers are welcome; German as a native language with English as a second language is also acceptable);
  • Experience with Microsoft Office.
